Fadi Bassam Shawkat Gypsum Design: Success! The trouble with not having a goal is that you can spend your life running up and down the field and never score. As Tamweelcom envisions a world where all people are empowered with the tools and opportunities to become independent, successful, and mobilized citizens. Fadi Shawkat, a modest Gypsum designer, started creating award shields and other shapes of Gypsum. As his returns didn’t exceed 15%, he knew he had to opt for another method to increase his gains. This is where Tamweelcom stepped in. In 2015, Fadi visited one of the Tamweelcom branches to ask for finance to invest in his talent. He had a solid vision; to achieve more than 25% of return. “I knew I had to find my shortcomings in order for me to reach my goal” said Fadi. He had a strategy; to replace his molding machine with a modern one. Understanding that hitting smaller milestones provides real motivation and greater contentment, by 2016, Fadi was able to increase his gaining up to 50%, and as the demand increased in the local market, he re-assessed his goals, and as a result he employed three individuals. Now, Fadi is venturing through the markets and corporation to brand his name and get a better exposure.
