Arwa Audeh

Arwa Audeh, an unmarried woman of 44 years of age, read about Tamweelcom offering loans to help individuals raise their standard of living through becoming productive members of society. She decided that Tamweelcom can assist her in accomplishing her dream of becoming an embroider of items, and expand her small store.

In 2009, Arwa approached Tamweelcom and obtained a loan for 600 JD’s and bought materials and tools she needed.  She then headed to Tamweelcom bazaars and managed through these bazaars to sell and promote her products and eventually became renowned across many various governorates.

Her work developed, raising her monthly income, which helped in the household expenses and making ends meet.

Two years after the Tamweelcom loan, she is thinking seriously about taking a larger loan to develop her small shop.

Arwa adds: “I have become a participant in the household financing, where I feel independent and capable.  The credit goes to Tamweelcom projects and its events, as well as the efforts by workers to improving people’s lives and standard of living.”
