We strive to support our clients every step of the way, offering them Aman service (death - disability) in tandem with our loan products which is a free service provided to all Tamweelcom customers from the age of 18-65 years in the case of the death of the client includes the payment of the outstanding balance of the customer's finances including the remaining amount of loan in addition to the Interests and an amount provided to the client's family as a consolation expenses. In the case of the death of husband or wife of the client, the company provides a condolence expenses for the client himself, after providing the required documents within a period not exceeding 90 days from the date of death. In cases of disability, the coverage is according to the approved deficit schedule.

Documents required in the case of death:
- Certified copy of the National ID and Family Governmental Book Certified.
- Official death certificate, or a certified copy
- Original copy of a certified doctor’s report outlining the cause of death
- Detailed toll report in case of death by a car accident
- Any other documents requested by the Insurance company
- Certified copy of the National ID.
- Certified copy of the Family Governmental Book.
- Orginal medical report signed from the Medical Committee shows the percentage of disability.
- Any other documents requested by the Insurance company.
How to get benefited from the Service:
Provide the required documents within a period not exceeding 90 days from the date of death.
