Majida refined her skill by studying art science which turned her talent into n income-generating profession.
The shy personality that Majida had and her modest trust in her talent didn’t help her in promoting the distinguished products she made, thus her sales were limited to neighbors and friends.
Majida heard about Tamweelcom through a good friend who encouraged her to apply for finance which may offer her a capital to start her own project, in addition to the chance of marketing her products through the free and ongoing Souk Ayyadi Bazaars.
Majida took her first finance with an amount of 600 JD’s and started her own project in making leather handbags and decorated chocolate.
Majida learned new selling skills through the direct contact with customers by participating in the many bazaars and showrooms which opened new doors for her.
Years after her first loan from Tamweelcom, Majeda is organizing exhibitions for her products at different locations across the Kingdom and is looking to expand her customer base to include near countries.
Majida says: “My finance from Tamweelcom gave me strong belief in myself and my talent, nothing will stop me now to achieve what I want. I never thought this day would come, but here it is, and I am forever thankful for all the opportunities I was give.”
