Branch Manager

Job Summary

Direct all work performed in the branch, supervise all areas of operation, manage staff, foster a positive environment and ensure customer satisfaction and proper branch operation.

Main tasks

  • Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities.
  • Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration.
  • Follow up collection and delinquent loans and prepared the required reports.
  • Visiting customers according to random sample for evaluation Loans and prepare visiting reports and recommendations to the loan committee.
  • Assists Area Manager in allotment of working area to Field Officers and Guides Field Officers in developing business.
  • Plan the needed employees, Interview, hire, and train new employees.
  • Ensure achieving the Plan Objectives by follow up achieving it with the branch employees to get the best results.
  • Preparing Monthly, Yearly objectives Plans and send Reports to the District Manager.
  • Participate in the monthly Business Department meetings considering Branch Portfolio and ensure applied the meeting recommendations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor as a minimum.
  • Six years experience in the Microfinance and Banking Sector.
  • 40 training hours  in Supervisory field.
